Love the flavor profile of this blend. I try to keep a variety of teas on hand so I have something for every occasion. Can’t attest to it helping directly with BP… but I’m also not drinking it every day. Regardless I will keep it in my lineup due to the excellent flavor. The Organic Migraine Relief tea is one of the best tasting, comforting teas I've ever had. There's no bitter aftertaste, even if I steep it longer than recommended. I haven't had to use it for migraine, but I have no doubt that it will help with that if needed.

Thought this was cute, and cute it is! But unfortunately it’s kinda small and a tad difficult to close. The top is just silicone with a little ridge that is tricky to put back on. I didn’t find this to be very functional and probably will never use again.
